Trestet did nothing wrong in my eyes. He gave you a new partner when your old one didn't respond. Don't take your shitty luck out on him.
I had the same issue, with my partner being afk and stuff, so I spoke to Trestet (Something you should try?) and I could do the replay in Free-play.

Get off your high horse and fix a replay instead of getting mad.
