@Flux USB Hubs could be unreliable if you are plugging 10 devices into one tower port. Also 750 Ti is better than 750.
@suo Pretty much what I was gonna say. No need for an i5 IMO. An i3 will do and as some people here have already said, it will extend your budget for a GPU like a GTX 970 or a Kyure Approved Radeon 390.
