General Striking Study
knee decap.rpl
this one takes a while to get going but leading up to the actual decap you can see liar trying to line up various other knees. in the end he manages to get his opponent off the ground giving him an opening.
he lowers one shoulder (as well as contracting the wrist) and ungrabs with the other to allow for the knee to connect. combine this with the momentum produced by the hip contracting he manages to get the decap.

knee dm.rpl
knee dm.rpl ends pretty quick. going in to his usual opener he transitions into a knee. by extending his left shoulder and rotating his chest hes capable of making the momentum needed. he also adjusts the lumbar to ensure that the knee connects.
at the same time as this liar is lowering the opponents shoulder as well as his own which in turn trips over his opponent. though the dm it self could've been saved if it wasn't for being tripped as well as vice versa, if not for the knee dm he wouldn't have given the opponent enough momentum to fall over his hand.

knee split.rpl
during the opener they both keep distance with both have raised shoulders and crusher staying grounded.
after this he lowers his shoulders closing the gap between him and his opponent. as well as this he then extends his left knee pushing himself forward, combining this with a contracted hip and the opponents momentum the knee manages to split the opponent in half.
nice try on bananas half though, almost managed to save those legs. even if just for two turns is pretty impressive.

another one (knee).rpl
after the opener both players lose ground control resulting in a short air-grappling match. after they both regain ground liar contracts his knee and later extends it as well as his hip to give him a launch. from here he contracts his right hip and both elbows bringing the opponent and his thigh/knee hitting rumour's shoulder.

sorry that i couldnt get any mma style or elbow strikes. most of the time when someone pulls it off it results in the elbow being dm'ed or the mma style strike doesnt provide enough points that its not worth to risk it.
also sorry for not being too in depth with the setups. its doubtful that anyone intends to get him and the opponent into a position 100 frames into the match due to the randomness of it all. i can go over them again and write some more about it but i thought talking about just the strikes and how he got the momentum will suffice
