MMA has got to be the easiest sport to be apart of. There are rankings that tell you the top 10 (sometimes top 16) fighters in each division, and you learn really easily as you watch.

The only thing I would say is difficult about it is that you have to know about how specific fighting styles work against others, but that's decently easy to pick up on still.
