I can see a good concept of helm and you did well.
Right now you need to make a material for that helmet( iron, gold, plastic, etc..) try to copy references and make it look like what you desire it to be.
the design is good, I cant complain.
about the jaw and tooth, I would draw the tooth without perspectice, cause in fact the sides are showing tooth yet, I tend to make a better look for front, an average look for sides and an not boring look of the back. you should thing how to not mess the side look.
put more colors on it, maybe golden details, some warm or cold color, dont make it monochromatic, wich tends to be boring to the eye.
I'll search a tutorial about metal painting, I'm not good at this.
Where you think I should add warm and cold color in that head? Maybe cold in skull and a glowing red eye? That would make the contrast of cold and warm.
The theets really need to be fixed, they looks pretty odd in sphere.
And need to fix some mapping issues in helmet side.
