The only way I see this being at all fair is if BOS was re implemented and this was applied to those members. Even then...

Staff: Yo give us your textures man, you're rip anyway so it'd be best to put them back into circulation
BOS User: Nah
Staff: Oh alright, sorry didn't mean to bother you


There's not really any way to force them to give up their textures :/
