This looks a lot like pale man but I am not quite sure whether it is actually him. Really love the skin texture, teeth look great IMO, Scar on the face looks Linda weird because it went into the mouth but I guess that's because it was originally a wip. I am spooked and amazed.

Nice head, I like how the stitches look, teeth are interesting and the whole thing is drawn really well overall. If I was to nitpick I'd say that this monster is not very horrifying, but is looking hella good still.
