i'm actually really impressed by your last work
your brush work is great and your flow is getting better
with the last work it feels a little lop-sided
you have a lot going on with the right side, but just as much non-eye-catching stuff on the left
it would've been great to have incorporated the girl more towards the left side of the screen, since she is looking towards the right
i believe this would've given you more options for editing her as well into the 'disease'-like thing you've got going on

i'm happy you've given a full walk through of this piece wip by wip, it really helps to see how you're progressing, so keep that up
i absolutely love the colors and theme of the picture, but i still think you have room for improvement
