You pretty much c/p your old app, still not alot of effort put into this, I say No because you don't have a very goo reason for joining, and you just left powpow. but lets wait and see what the others say.
Edit: I just checked your posts, I seen you applied to Powpow right before applying to us the first time, which is very unloyal.
