Let me ask this question for alot of people:
ES is event hosting mostly, correct?
ES wants people who has a good history of hosting events.

Thus, in a way, this makes a disadvantage for the people who cannot collect money good enough but has the hosting abilities.

My question is this:
What does the percentage equal to of being denied if you hardly host events due to lack of TC/Items?
