since this seems to be a forum based clan (correct me if i'm wrong), you'd want to take a look at Veal's clan thread activity, to give you some idea of whether or not they're the type of clan you want to be merging with.

ultimately clan merges don't often go well, it's up to you though, because some have gone well (prime example: TLDR and inq)
