Good shit, but can absolutely be better..
You are indeed super smooth for being so rusty as you are. Your tricks do need work however. Opener was pretty cool but the transition to the sweep just didn't feel quite right. Your abs are extended too often which both looks ugly and can mess with your momentum at points. My favorite part would be that 540/super tilted tornado kick.
Keep going though. You'll be better in no time.
