Please keep in mind that the staff still has their regular duties to attend to, its not like the only thing they have to do is review applications during this drive. Be patient and give them time to sort through all of it, if you can't even be patient enough to wait for them on this small matter then your chances of surviving as staff won't be very good. Patience is a virtue my friend, don't pressure the staff anymore then they need be pressured.
