Aerial was unrealistic and sthe etup for it was extrmely wonky. Try to not shoot off your toes.

Cork wasn't a cork but reather a half assed sailor moon twist.

Kip-up was wrongly executed. Don't use lowered arms as your tool of gaining momentum. Use abs, neck and legs instead.
