I will talk to MSquad about it later but my guess in standing policy is no, you can't conditionally sell something by saying it can't be made free.


Once any artist sells artwork, it's not theirs. If they recolor it, remaster it, inverse it and draw goofy stickers on it, warp it, whatever- that's their business.

I'm not going to have more posts about the ethics behind the thread. Many many free texture threads have existed in the past without problem, the quality of the artwork doesn't change anything.

If anyone wants to debate it forward, make a discussion thread.
