After Effects CC 2014 is what I use
OBS/OBS Studio has customization to record, try messing with settings in there to get good framerate,maybe try shadowplay if you have a nvidia gpu.
Or you can do what tyzi did, record fraps with like 1 fps and speed it up in ae/sv so you get 60fps 100% of the time
or just upgrade your pc
well imma try Ae later if i couldn't find a clue.
i just need a recording software that record in mp4 coz avi mess up everything beacuse of being so damn big

no its not the layers coz i didn't use them

i also tried vegas pro 13 and its the same
if messing around with twixtor count as editing then my answer is yes.
