Tiers sorta relies on the honor code. If you wanted to cheat, you would only hurt yourself, because Tiers is meant to help you learn, and by cheating you wouldn't learn anything at all. there is no prize given for advancing in tiers, so why would you want to cheat?
By the way, the double leg was nice, and the proper suplex was acceptable.
