Personally, I agree with you it shouldn't be taken lightly and will reflect on us. However he should be punished but not removed from the clan, give him a warning or something but I think kicking members and not being forgiving is extreme. Firstly we should apologise to the admins and mods etc and mention it won't ever happen again however I don't think kicking him is right. I'll even apologise on the behalf of him. You can even see in our group chat that I am worried how this will affect us but no kick is needed.
