The first one nice, big step over into mount.
This is tricky because it looks like a functioning uchi mata and though you didn't sweep the thighs you still caught the inside of the lower leg. If Iver was here he could make a better judgment but i would say yes thats an uchi mata.
Nice throw counter as well.
