Tier Updates

T3:
Sutemi Waza is removed from the technique library. It's more of a general term than a specific move.

In its place added the slam. This sounds basic but I added a few specifications for what is and isn't a slam. (Still need to make a replay. Submit one if you think you have got it. )

T7:
Almost finished!

I added single leg combo takedowns. Pretty straightforward once you read it.

We're still finalizing the pancake so once Roux writes me a description and makes a demo replay we should be all ready.
