your syncing is a bit late

when your syncing and ram previewing it, try syncing it five or so frames before the actual sync point

the long flickers were late as well

speeding up near the end didnt really flow well imo

try gradually speeding up the clip instead of immediately

you should try using twixtor instead of time remap. lookin laggy dude
