font is lame and pixellated as mentioned above, "4 guys" and "100s of games" could do with an outer glow or drop shadow so it's more readable
the colours on the logo clash, i'd recommend the requests board for something more professional
it's also possible that there's too much focus on the background, so you could darken or lighten the whole thing a bit
what's the "vvvv" for? i assume it's some sort of arrows but what is it pointing at?

pixlr isn't the most reliable for editing, i'm sure you can find a free trial of photoshop or something or download a free version such as CS2. gimp should also be fine
