Yes. So if you want ALL of the recolors you would need to buy the ones i have AND get the rest from him assuming he still has them.

Obviously if the owner of the set came to me asking for a copy of the set I would give it to them providing they can give proof of purchase. I thought that part was self explanatory and didn't add it.
You need to own the set (meaning buying it from me) to ask anyone for the recolors. Really I would recommend just buying all the colors and asking FlyingMonk If he still has the last color.
I have sold many sets in my time on the forums, and have done it the same way every time. I know the rules of the art board well.
