As you can see, what you said is DIRECTLY in contradiction to what the official source says.
1. No he is not going to ban Muslims from leaving, it clearly says "shutdown of Muslims entering the United States"
2. No it is not "altogether" it is "MUSLIM IMMIGRATION", ie immigrants. It's now bolded and in caps, there's no way you can miss it this time.
3. You completely missed the part where he said "until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on." This is only a temporary solution so that no one is slaughtered by extremists, once a solution is found then Muslim immigration will be reopened, hopefully with an effective vetting process.

In any case, *Trump's suggestion involves not giving asylum to asylum seekers, which in the case of 2016 would have cause a far far far higher death toll than all of the terrorist attacks in the West in that year combined pretty undeniably given the numbers of asylum seekers involved.

A total and complete shutdown of muslims entering the united states means no muslims can immigrate to the united states.
