Tbh if anything Legend should be for anyone who's contributed to the organization the most IMO.

But if were going to be like this just take ranks away except for like council or management.

I really want this org to progress and at this rate we aren't.

I don't even thing we should have a skill rank system because anyone can beat anyone.

So I think its useless anyway.
