Alright, time to start has come.

First I'll give mat an other shot here, second I removed most ranks (we will organize them later, but we have to deal with some more important stuff before)

The first matter to discuss, well actually to vote on is whether to kick all the inactive members or to kick most but one or two (who have actual reasons to be inactive).
