As you can see in this thread, only half of the centurion has the hair texture, while the other half remains unshaded. This is due to the centurion being bugged, which causes the hair to only have half of it shaded. Many people have asked why this hair is only shaded on half of it, they usually assume its a problem with customs, instead its just the hair being bugged.
