I think you should try balancing the start times that you host these rooms on. Last 4/5 of the start times have been around 00.00-02.00 (in whateverer gmt the ingame broadcast log uses)
So basicly for me these are like 1-3am and I can't participate during those hours since I got school and stuff and the only time I had a chance jo join (in these 5 last times) it ended before I got to play..

So for some people such as me these start times could have caused missing atleast last 4, if not 5 chances to beat an evil doer
