I believe in ww2, The Nazi party was heading to invade Poland but found around 20k polish corpses and they said it was Russia's doing. Russia was liek no but russia really did it!!
Moral of the story, do your own research on the subject or simply make observations before you argue.

Sorta off topic here, but

It's the truth, Plants feel "pain" Just obviously not how we perceive pain. You know that awesome smell of freshkek grass? I mean cut grass? That's the smell of injured grass people. No joke. They don't have to be carnivorous.
I may have watched the same documentary awhile back it was from National Geographic channel. Plants turns out are warring all the time in the wild, they fight using chemical warfare, Weeds are the ass holes of the plant world and attack anything that isn't a weed using chemicals to ruin the earth for the other plants. This is all happening under ground with the roots.

Some plants emit certain chemicals into the air to call larger insects to kill the insects that are feasting them. Plants do a lot of cool things.

Trees for example are for a large part a MASSIVE community. While two different specie of tree will fight over sunlight, growing over the smaller tree so all it gets is shadow, but if that smaller tree is the same specie their roots will meet and the taller tree will help the smaller tree grow.

We still have a lot to learn about the plant world.
