Also, if you only ate meat you wouldn't necessarily die fast but it would be wise to watch the fatty meats you're consuming compared to the learner meats. But yes, people should be aware of what they're eating and whether or not what they are consuming is really the best choice for them. They may absolutely love meat, and enjoy it so they feel that's what's best for them. It all comes down to preference especially when you're an omnivore. What do you like, and what is readily available to eat plays a huge factor in what you eat.
