I don't recall when we started submitting our duel results, or when we could begin dueling, but I personally started about 14 hours ago and reached my daily cap of 5 matches shortly thereafter. When may I be able to resume playing? As in what GMT should I look after to account for the change in day (Is it considered 18-Dec. @ 00:01 GMT 0?)
