I feel that there could be a lot more content for begginers, they are outsiders in any gm tourney or event and joining legit clans is a bit of a problem. So I think tori agents hosting begginer exclusive tourney or some simple forum events would be really cool. Also somewhere I saw the idea of begginer clans (credit to that guy), I think that 2 begginer clans that are led by respected members of the community, with a couple of teachers on their side would really help out retention rates because this will give noobs a platform to easily interact with other begginers and to learn from others which could also lower the toxicity.
Also the 2 clans could have a healthy rivarly with frequent clan wars against eachother and some prizes for the winners.
If there's a big enough begginer influx I feel this could work great.

As said before, HS has been picking up the responsibility of joining and sitting in Beginner rooms. Personally, as ES and HS, I've been able to do both jobs, and enjoy it. Regarding what Ele said; there is now an HS recruitment drive that will pick up a few more HS that can do this job. The 5 of us HS currently have been able to hop into beginner servers pretty well as of now, and the inclusion of a few more members will lead to more people hopping into servers, naturally.
I like the idea of beginner clans and the opportunity of having some sort of rivalry and events that could take place is exciting to me. Note that anyone can do this, and staff don't need to be the ones to pick it up. Some of the better people to help the community is the community itself I think. I want to see where this can go.
