try running TB in compatibility mode, you can let windows automatically pick which one would be good (option 1) or pick yourself (option 2)
just right click TB (C
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Toribash if you're on steam), select
properties and move over to
compatibility, then pick one of the options shown below.
