If you want clans like Parrot to have a complete monopoly on every decent player in the game then you should definitely do this. You already rule the clan events, you can already get anything you want, why should this be necessary? Other clans want a chance at events too, giving big clans the room to grow even more would be very unhealthy to an already demotivated scene.
