Well I stated that I'd be taking paypal only (I don't really have anything to buy from steam now).. but I guess for steam card I could do 1USD/9k rate.. So 180k for 20$ steam card.

but tbh if you can use paypal, I'd prefer that, so I can give you an actual good rate
