Why are you posting that here?

Don't send a help squad or market squad application to the ES. If you want to be in the help squad, send it to a help squad member. Same thing for market squad.

If it isn't clear what you're trying to apply for, personally I'd recommend rewriting your application, too. Read dargon's tutorial, it's linked in the op. (you probably shouldn't send the same exact application to hs and ms, too.)
