Also, I added:
- Giving a little amount of ELO to a person whose opponent quit. ( +0.05)
-Giving a time penalty to a quitter if he quits a game two times in a row. (3-5 minutes penalty)

because people who quit and try to avoid someone is annoying. They're losing elo but wasting your time.
