You can add the backround picture from the "Edit Options" tab in the "User Control Panel"
There you can add a prefix as well to your username.

Can also change your usertitle, slightly larger sig pic IIRC, and more lines in sig or something like that + access to VIP board and I think you also get 5k globals rather than 10k globals.
