I think you should be able to quit auction , and dont pay fee if u are not top bidder.
but as long as you take part in the auction(potentially waiting for the top bidder to qui(, the tc should be kept on another account.

You place 4K when you bidding (the system remove from your currently balance) and send this after you win or back if you lose the auction(like ingame betting).And yeah i support this.
