1. Yes, as you do with all staff usergroups.
2. When they decide if you are a good pick or not, since this is a recruitment drive, they have to pick "x" amount of people before they announce/send messages. Purely for organizational purposes.
3. If the circumstances are unavoidable, you will have an extended trial period.
