all the heads have the same type of hair, same eyes, everything, only with small variations. Its a good head, and there is nothing wrong with drawing the same stuff over and over, but you should at least improve the same head a little bit between each time. The way you shaded the last one is a slight progress, lets see what you can do on the next to make the head even better looking..
