What surge said is mainly right, you do need a bit of technical knowledge, but a good attitude, alot of patience, and a fair bit of time will help more in the long run. We're definitely looking for people who have time on their hands and are willing to lend some help to beginners. Server sitting is a big part of what we do here though!
