Wow, since the last time I looked at this thread it changed a lot to the negative.
So many negative vibes, insulting each other and general toxicity.

Example:


Here's a guy looking up to us and wanting to join our family. He tries to communicate with you and even gives you a compliment.
Don't bash it right into his face.

Instead your goal should be to give him a good feeling about himself and perhaps the motivation to become a better person and player so he is able to be a natural part of this community.
