This attitude is one of the worst people seem to have "i'd stop complaining over voluntary work"... pretty sure everyone is fed up of hearing that.
Decent prizes should be given like insanity said. They offer an incentive to play, add excitement and competitiveness.
Just the other day i saw ES add around 800k TC to a decap prize... rllly... this sort of TC could have been split up over around 3-4 good forum events
