Make sure you send a PM to the right people with useful information about yourself if you legitimately want to be considered for ES.

Also, you don't need to ask whether or not you've been accepted. Not only will you be informed, but in-game you will have trial status in servers and on the forums you'll be granted access to a few private staff only boards. You can't miss it.

Word of advice: Include useful information about yourself. Things that help the staff get to know who you are and what you bring to the team. If you post a run of the mill "I'm SuperSlaywe48, I'm a 2nd Dan black belt, and I want to be an ES because I think I can be helpeful, I'm active, and I like tournaments" you're not doing yourself any favors.
