Depends somewhat on exactly how that's brought on, but if we assume that i literally lost my arms at shoulder level (at elbow level i could just get prosthetics), i would first of all undergo a massive depression, and secondly i would probably try to find new things to do that don't require arms. Singing and voice acting might be things, i enjoy making silly voices. :v
