here's a link to the .tga files, or the user creepertec is wearing all of the items if that's easier. simply /dl creepertec ingame, navigate to his custom folder (C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Toribash\custom\creepertec by default) and copy the .tga files from there.

after using either of those methods, you can use a site such as this one to convert them all to a readable format such as a PNG.
