you seemed to have made some symmetry error, whether it be on purpose or whatever
i drew lines showing you where the crest of what is most likely the top of the breasts and going up, though i could've chose anything else and it be the same
you have something out of line, whether it be the neck, clavicles or collar bones - somethings off
which would make the guy above me a little less wrong and a lot more right

what i can say is that because of the hair it makes this neck seem much thinner than the anatomy suggests
you should've with out a doubt have had the bottom right side of the hair go behind her back rather than lay in front of it
seeing as how you have it darkened to assume depth that would've made it much more convincing and it wouldn't have helped this guy above me come to an odd conclusion

love the palette, dislike the shading but it's not incorrect seeing as those sparkles are multiple light sources, so oh well

Hair is fabulously done and great color choice, overall the hair is the best part about it.

Lips/Eyes/Nose look really well, nose is a liiiitttle shiny at the tip imo.

The shirt or whatever to call it looks very weird in the middle where it looks kinda sharp and not as smooth or cloth/clothing alike as on the pier parts towards the shoulders, furthest point on the right has a little sharp edge thing, kinda makes it look like the shirt doesn't fold around on the backside and just covers the front, left side does it better, maybe wanna change that.
