Looking through your recent posts, I cannot seem to find a clan thread that you've made, are you sure the thread you're trying to edit is yours?
If you are looking to make a clan thread and recruitment thread, head into the clans section and click "New thread" to make your clan thread.
To make a recruitment thread, head into the recruitment sub-form which can be found near the top of the clans page section.
Make sure to read this before making them however!
