sheele's death was over dramatic to the point it made made me cringe.
bulat's death was fine and atleast we've seen some character developement in tatsumi but the period of time between the 2 is just too fucking short it seems random. yes, maybe they tried to go for the more logical aproach where people acually die wether they are heroes or not but they could have done it better.
idk about the rest of the anime, i just hope it get better.
